Our Staff

Our Staff members are an amazing group of people. They come from all corners of the world. It is a melting pot of cultural and work experiences in different fields. However they all share their passion for Scuba Diving, love for the Ocean and the Environment.

Some join us for a few months of the season. Others have been with us for many years.

All of them contribute to make Don Foster’s Dive Cayman's DNA: a casual and flexible dive company with firm principles on safety, customer service, education and with the ultimate goal of passing along our passion for the under water world.

If you want to learn more about our crew, here they are:

Sergio - Operations Manager: Sergio grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina watching Lloyd Bridges's Sea Hunt Series. From that time on he knew he wanted to be a Diver. Learnt to dive at age 15 and became a Commercial Diver at age 18. Diving took him to may places from rivers to oceans, quarries and dams.

He has been a member of Don Foster's Dive for over 30 years.

" Diving has been part of my life for over 44 years. I am passionate about the ocean and its creatures. More than ever I want to introduce people to diving. Every dive I see something I had not seen before. I learn in every dive I make"

Sergio fell in love with the Cayman Islands and its people from day one. "The diving is superb, aboundant marine life, sheer walls, diversity, awesome visibility! Although dive sites are not to far from one another, no site is the same!"

At almost 60 he still watches Sea Hunt on Youtube!

Lindsey- Assistant Manager:

Lindsey was born in Houston, Texas however she spend a great deal of time in Cayman since her youth. In fact her first scuba dive was here in the Cayman Islands. She loved it so much that she worked her way to the Instructor level here in Cayman.

Her dive and work experience has taken her to several dive destinations including Philippines, Mexico, St. Marteen, Key Largo and Cathy Church's Photo Center.

She loves photography, traveling and perfecting her own web site.

Lindsey's fave creatures are the Lettucce Leaf slugs. Orange Canyon on the West side wall of Grand Cayman is her favorite site.

Nick is all the way from British Columbia, Canada.

Back in 2003 Nick experienced his first dive in Lake Okanagan. He was forever hooked with scuba.

He loves the tropics and has lived in both Bonaire and the Cayman Islands.

He enjoys cooking. He says a former job was as a Chef but since nobody ate his food he turned to Scuba Instruction and Boat Captain.

Other jobs he has experience in are lab techinican and Geology (we think those are fancy descriptions for stocking shelves in a pharmacy and quarrying rocks in the frozen tundra of Canada!)
